Preparing: Point 4 Consulting attaches great importance to a meaningful jobintake in order to collect all the information for the position to be filled.
Sourcing: Point 4 Consulting pursues two paths in the area of sourcing: targeted direct approach (active sourcing) in its own network and via all social media channels. Point 4 Consulting also benefits from the active receipt of applications on the careers page.
Screening: Point 4 Consulting pre-selects the candidates, all candidates presented by us are interviewed personally by the responsible recruiting team.
Selecting: After the interview phase, the responsible consultant creates a customized shortlist and sends it to the responsible hiring manager with personal recommendations and all relevant application documents.
Hiring: Point 4 Consulting supports the responsible hiring manager in the selection, offer management and handling of the entire recruitment process.
Onboarding: Thanks to our recruitment efforts, contact is maintained even after the start. Point 4 Consulting is always available to answer questions from candidates and contact persons.

Variant 2: Retainer assignment
What are the advantages of a retainer application?
It is primarily about the commitment that arises from an exclusive collaboration. This allows companies to increase the scope of action of us consultants and thus their chances of success. As consultants, the retainer assignment makes it easier for us to argue internally why we are devoting more resources to a particular project and to present candidates exclusively to one particular company for a certain period of time.
Thanks to the increased capacity, we can also source candidates who are not proactively looking for a job themselves and are therefore listed with every service provider.
